The company works on using the latest scientific methods in the production of silage through:-

  • Choosing the perfect hybrid and its diversity
  • Follow the agricultural cycle system, choose the appropriate timing for planting
  • The company owns the latest farming, harvesting, cutting and packaging equipment
  • Appropriate cutting by the chopper so that the length of the fibers in the silage is the same, which increases the efficiency of the silage and makes it palatable for the animal’s digestion
  • Direct pressing after harvest, which prevents exposure of the crop to aerobic bacteria, which preserves the crop's nutritional value

Aldrees Hijazi (Jet)

Hijazi hay (jet) or dried alfalfa is considered one of the most important agricultural fodder crops globally” because it is a fodder plant with high nutritional value for all types of animals, especially livestock, whether milking or fattening.

In view of the increasing demand locally and globally for Hijazi hay fodder (Jet), the company worked to provide the required quantities for our valued customers at home and abroad, by expanding our investment in cultivating Hijazi hay (dried alfalfa) in our farms in Egypt and Sudan.
